З кожним днем стає все спекотніше. Саме тому ми вирішили поділитися рецептами освіжаючих лимонадів.
Лимонад — це дуже просто. Смачні пляжні варіацій вам сподобаються!
Лимонад з ромашкою і огірком
Інгредієнти: чай ромашки – 80 мл.; сироп Огірок – 20 мл.; свіжий огірок – 100 гр.; сік лайма – 20 мл.; колотий лід.
Огірки розім’яти в шейкері, додати чай, сироп, сік лайма, добре збити. Процідити в стакан, наповнений льодом.
Лимонад Азія
Інгредієнти: малина свіжа – 100 гр.; імбир – 20 гр.; сироп Імбир – 30 мл.; кориця – 6 гр.; свіжа м'ята; чебрець.
Малину заливаємо 200 мл. води, додаємо імбир, чебрець і корицю. Тримаємо на повільному вогні, доводимо до кипіння. Після кипіння 2-3 години настоюємо, проціджуємо і охолоджуємо. Перед подачею додаємо сироп. Прикрашаємо листочком м'яти.
Лимонад Тархун
Інгредієнти: 1 літр води; сироп Тархун – 70 мл.; естрагон (середній пучок); лайм – 2 дольки; колотий лід.
1 половину естрагону розім'яти, 2 залишити для прикраси. Додати сироп, лайм і газовану воду, перемішати довгою ложкою і додати лід. Прикрашаємо гілочкою естрагону.
